PROFILE: Surfer Girl showcases growth and an abundance of creativity in powerful new LP, “Sunset”
Daily Reggae caught up with Surfer Girl to learn more about the artist’s incredible new album, “Sunset”, his favorite new music, and his smooth band.
We’ve been loving all the singles that have supported the album! What is one single that is especially close to your heart?
I think that Collecting Dust is one of the best pieces of music I've ever written. I'm incredibly proud of that song. It's got a unique and powerful groove, one that we don't dabble with much.
Also, the production is super minimal (which is rare for me - ha). Which allows the lyrics, melodies and vocals to breathe.
That's by far one of my favorite songs in a long time.
