Reggae is one of the most powerful musical genres around the world. As Clinton Fearon told us, “Reggae is about not giving up. Times are tough, things are rough. There is hate and crimes and war all over, but you know what, we are not giving up, because as people we can do better.” Playing for Change Band has released a stunning new album titled, “The Real Revolution” and we are absolutely loving the album’s sound, positive message, and fantastic music.

Although the album is the band’s debut record, Playing for Change Band has been creating music since 2008, and their seasoned sound is evident. Reggae brings people together and it’s so cool that Playing for Change Band is made up of 10 musicians from 10 countries around the world!

The band starts the album with the title track, “The Real Revolution”. The track features an irie bass riddim, nice guitar work, and a message of uniting people together.

Young People” encourages the next generation to learn from previous generations and to seek truth for all. We love the vocals and catchy horn section on this jam.
