Dale and the ZDubs breathe new life into ska with “Off the Rip”
Dale and the ZDubs breathe new life into ska with “Off the Rip”. The Washington, D.C.-based reggae rockers first album since 2016’s “Tuna” completely delivers with rocking jams, vocals, and energy that will pump you up no matter the time of day! The 12 track LP is one of my favorite releases of the year, and elevates the band to new heights.
Album Review: Revisit the emo years with Nathan Aurora’s Pop Punk Goes Reggae!
The well anticipated arrival of Pop Punk Goes Reggae will hit you right in the nostalgic feels. I’m sure not many reggae fans started off as reggae fans, especially if you can sing along with every song on this album.
Album Review: HIRIE elevates her star power in “Mood Swing”
It takes time for an artist to find their voice but HIRIE is a natural star. “Mood Swing” is HIRIE’s best album yet because it transmits the energy of her live shows into 12 fun and dance friendly songs that you’ll want to play on repeat. I cannot wait to hear her and the band plays these tracks during their upcoming tour!
Album Review: Hawaii’s Kolohe Kai helps us celebrate the beauty in life in “Hazel Eyes”
In his latest album, “Hazel Eyes”, Hawaiian singer-songwriter, Kolohe Kai celebrates the beauty in life. Kolohe has such an incredible outlook on life and his positive energy is contagious. We love his passion, hearing his outstanding singing voice, and listening to his well crafted songs. Throughout “Hazel Eyes”’ 11 songs, a smile will be brought to your face. You better make sure your shoe laces are tied or flip flops are fully on, because the album will inspire you to get up and dance in the moment!
