I’ve been a huge fan of For Peace Band since listening to the band’s excellent 2018 album, “Always Love” and I was so excited to hear that the band hailing from Guam has released its follow up LP, “Massive & Crew”, which is a big time album showcasing the group’s unique island reggae sound. 

Put it all on the line for love with Sons Of Zion and Corrella’s “We Ain’t Coming Home”. This is such a heartfelt new song that brings all the feelings around sacrificing for love. I love the smooth reggae rididm, and impressive vocals that highlight a beautiful melody. This will no doubt be a track that will have you humming along in no time!

Sublime took over The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and performed “Feel Like That”. Sublime took to late night and played their recent collab with Stick Figure, giving a quick shout to Bradley before putting on an awesome 4-minute performance.

Bumpin Uglies prove once again they are punk rock meets reggae heavy hitters in “Lyrics Over Everything”. Bumpin Uglies are amongst the best bands in reggae rock today and I applaud them for this innovative album. The South Carolina reggae-rockers dropped the new track just in time for the 4th of July Weekend. The upbeat song reminds listeners to not be defeated by life’s obstacles but to “let the river guide you”. Musically the song features a fun, Indian-influenced riff that keeps the pace moving and vibes high.

Dread Kennedy’s “The Promise” is an inspiring tune celebrating all the parents putting their best foot forward. I really love this beautiful new tune showcasing Kennedy’s soulful voice and some lovely acoustic guitar. The track was produced by 17th Street Recording Studio, and Kennedy released a heart felt music video featuring a trip with his son to the beach.
