Ziggy Marley’s star power shines so bright at The Pacific Amphitheater.

The amazing singer-songwriter had an incredible set on Thursday night at the breathtaking venue in Costa Mesa, California.

Ziggy Marley is one of the best performers in all of music today and his energy, talent and inspiring messages were on full display.

Opening for Ziggy was the impressive band Lettuce. Lettuce is able to blend so many genres including funk and rock blending their sound into a unique jam band sound that will have you dancing on your feet.

Some of my favorite tunes that Lettuce played include Sun Goddess and Change the World. The band has unbelievable rhythm, and the horn section played brilliantly.

Lettuce’s guitar and bass were so locked in and the slapping keys and drums brought the audience a meditative peace.

What’s super unique about Lettuce is they stay tied together but you hear an evolution within their songs. It’s rad how they can play solos mid song but not stop everything at the same time. It’s all in the groovy vibe! Their soul flows!

This was my first time at the The Pacific Amphitheater, and the venue is spectacular. All music fans need to see it for themselves!

Now back to Ziggy. Whether you’re a reggae music fan or you’re still finding your way into the genre, Ziggy Marley is a must-see artist. Ziggy and his band’s performance was one of the best nights of live music that I’ve ever seen. Ziggy gives his performances his all, and the crowd loved every moment of the set!

Ziggy and his band were so locked in playing hit after hit and many fan favorites. Some of my personal favorites that he played were Beach In Hawaii, Love Is My Religion, Circle of Peace, See Dem Fake Leaders, and Be Free. Ziggy’s portfolio of beautiful music is deep, and you appreciate it so much when seeing his concert.

I’ll always think back to the amazing night of tunes and seeing Ziggy jamming on guitar, busting fun dance mooves and smiling making everyone feel welcome and together.

Reggae music is healing and inspiring and Ziggy Marley continues his amazing run at the top of the genre.
