Daily Reggae had the chance to interview the brilliant artist, Romain Virgo about the singer-songwriter’s amazing new single, “Switch You On”, a great run of recent shows in the UK, and new music that he’s excited to release soon.

Justin Vidal puts a must-listen reggae spin on Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers”. I always love listening to Vidal’s music and this is such a rad cover that teams the artsit with a former bandmate, Christina Mansour and MC, Chico Linx.

Catch Josh Heinrichs and his unique Soul Reggae Music this December in Florida. Josh always brings cannot miss vibes, and his love of reggae is contagious. If you haven’t seen Josh perform you will be immediately taken by his voice and skill as a singer-songwriter.

Cool down and enjoy “Island Gal” by Kris Crohn. This is a beautiful love song with the perfect island vibes that will bring a smile to your face. The Hawaii-based singer-songwriter writes from the heart, and you’ll feel it throughout the track.

Watch the beautiful “Lost Cause” music video that Algorhythm filmed in Costa Rica. The reggae rockers teamed with Sarah de Warren in this chill new single. The track features a magical riddim, and sends a beautiful message to trust in your journey and to not be afraid to get lost along the way.

Don’t wake the “Neighbors” with Dale and ZDubs ft Ballyhoo! Ska/punk is alive and well in the DMV, and two of Maryland’s best bands have come together to show how it is done. It’s a fun, high energy track with a big sing along chorus and a perfect addition to your favorite party playlist.

Top Shelf showcase ‘unconditional love of rebel reggae music’ in the track “Miles Away” ft. Marlon Asher. This song is a vibe, and I love the irie riddim, jamming guitars, drum pattern, and pairing of Carter Lane and Asher’s vocals.

Rising Tide team with Clinton Fearon in the crucial track, “Welcome to My World”. The single drops ahead of Rising Tide’s “Pixel Prison” album due out on November 10 via Old Growth Records.

The Expendables brought the Pleasure Point Tour on a four-stop stretch through the Lone Star State, with friends Bumpin Uglies and Claire Wright. The first stop landed them in Dallas, Texas and Daily Reggae was there to cheer them on and capture some moments from the show on a beautiful Wednesday evening at the Granada Theater.

Worlds collide with our song of the Week: BRUCE MELODIE x SHAGGY - "WHEN SHE'S AROUND (FUNGA MACHO)". The reggae legend Shaggy has teamed up with one of East Africa’s biggest stars, Bruce Melodie, to create a fun and unique single. The track is a fusion of cultures blending African and Caribbean influences, melodies and rhythms.

Triple Thread’s “Behind These Eyes” sends an important message to follow your heart. The Southern California reggae rockers continue to perfect their sound, and this track has an incredible groove. I especially connect with the irie bass line, beautiful hook, and jamming guitar!
