Time to get excited for SunDub’s upcoming “Summer Tour 2023”! The Brooklyn-based reggae band is having an incredible year, and it’s so fun watching their rise in the reggae music scene!

Feel positive energy and dance at SunDub’s upcoming tour! The New York reggae rockers have over a dozen shows from February through April, and are going to be playing with some other rad bands like Iya Terra, Artikal Sound Sytem, Cas Haley, and The Quasi Kings!

SunDub proves they are one of reggae’s rising bands in the new album, “Spirits Eat Music”. Take the title track as an example. You’re immediately brought in by the horns, smooth reggae guitar and vocal star power of Joanna Teters. To me, the track is a reminder that we are surrounded by support systems and to keep an open mind and heart to the love that comes our way, especially in the form of music!

Iya Terra has dropped the band’s “Life Is F*cking Beautiful Tour” dates with support along the way from fan favorites Artikal Sound System, Cas Haley, SunDub and Kyle Smith. The national tour kicks off in February in Long Beach at Cali Vibes and runs through mid-March wrapping in Jacksonville, Florida.

This week’s Daily Reggae Song Of The Week is “New Ways to Love” by SunDub featuring Peetah Morgan. The single released by Easy Star Records has an irie riddim, and showcases the incredible vocals of SunDub’s Joanna Teters and Morgan Heritage’s Peetah Morgan!

Daily Reggae caught up with SunDub’s Joanna Teters (lead vocals) and Ben Teters (vocals and drums) to discuss the band’s creative process, inspiration, and upcoming album. The album, “Spirits Eat Music” will be released by Easy Star Records and was recorded at Lydgate Sound in Kauai, Hawaii.
