Experience a ‘Reggae-Infused Tribute To the Grateful Dead’ with Roots of Creation. The reggae rockers have released 2023 tour dates that will stop through Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Connecticut and New York. The tour celebrates the five year anniversary of the band’s incredible album, “Grateful Dub: A Reggae Infused Tribute to The Grateful Dead”.

For their second single release leading up to a collaborative new EP, Mike Love and Rising Tide have teamed up with reggae legend Clinton Fearon to create a wonderful new track titled Medicine Man. With their combined musical talent in full flex, these skilled musicians were able to combine horns, harmonies, complex chord structures, and inventive arrangements in a way that still allows the song to vibe as if it was simpler and more minimal. Such a feat is no easy task, but for these three artists it seems to have been done with ease.

The eyes of the reggae world are all on Long Beach this weekend for the 2022 Cali Vibes festival. The community's best artists, producers, and creatives will come together with fans underneath the California sun to celebrate the music, culture, and ethos of the beautiful genre we all hold so dear. As the date approaches, perhaps what we are most excited for is the high level of musicianship that will be on display all weekend; and to be more specific, the epic guitarists that will be making strings sing and setting fretboards on fire on the Cali Vibes stages.
