It’s very exciting to see these two groups coming together and growing their audience through a California and Florida run.

Reach for higher heights with Rasta Rick’s “Bird Of Paradise”. The beautiful song about being our best self, reaching for goals and enjoying the journey is one of the jamming tracks off the “Bird Of Paradise Riddim (Big Bus Riddim Series Vol. 1)” album.

Major kudos to the Sugarshack Music Channel team on the new live music restaurant, Sugarshack Downtown, opening in Bonita Springs next year! The Sugarshack team does so much for good for the reggae community and it’s so cool they are bringing this epic venue to Southwest Florida!

Reggae Rock as smooth as “Butter”; Kash’d Out is set to release the band’s new album in June. The Florida reggae rockers truly release and play some of the smoothest jams in reggae today and I’ve been a huge fan of them ever since watching the band play a gig with Fortunate Youth and Mike Love several years back. The album will be released via LAW Records and drops on June 9!

Locos Por Juana help us turn any frown upside down in “Tu Sonrisa”. This goregous reggae love song is a feel good jam that any music lover will love - whether you speak Spanish or not! The single was dropped ahead of the band’s upcoming “Rock the Moon” album, which I cannot wait to listen!

“All It Took” by Jacuzzi Fuzz is a reminder to ‘stick to your vision’. The Miami-based reggae rock band really groove on this track, and make me an instant fan! I love the song’s message, the band’s smooth sound, and message of inspiration.

Inner Circle is bringing the heat in South Florida with “Reggae Month” this February. The legendary reggae band is participating and hosting events across Florida including Miami, Wynwood, and Miramar.

Quench your thirst with Sierra Lane’s new single, “Lemonade” featuring Little Stranger. The song starts out with Lane’s smooth signature style guitar and dives right into her flawless voice. Little Stranger was the perfect choice to round out this reggae rock jam with their touch of hip hop style.

Roots of Creation, Geoff Weers and Sierra Lane team up in the inspirational love song, “We Could Do Anything”. I really vibe with how the artists’ voices each compliment each other so well, the single’s message of positivity and the soothing acoustic guitar!

Reggae rockers Fayuca are teaming up with Jakob Nowell and Jason DeVore (Authority Zero) on the upcoming “Winter Vacation Tour 2023”, with stops across Florida and two gigs in Arizona. Fayuca has such an amazing sound and it will also be rad to see Nowell and DelVore play these shows!

“Heart Like An Anchor” by Flip Flop Republic featuring Brad Foutch is a vibe! I’m totally digging this laid back track, especially the groovy guitar and the chill vocals.

Few bands look like they are having more fun than Artikal Sound System, and for good reason. The Florida-based band grew up in so many ways in 2022 and proved its ability to cross genres like reggae, rock and pop.
