Song of the Week: Switch Up by Protoje feat. Koffee

Protoje is back with a special release, In Search Of Zion, a reinterpretation of His 2020 LP In Search Of Lost Time.

The artist called on the production team Zion I Kings to create unique and soulful twists on his past tracks, and they absolutely crushed it.

The remix album is two discs with two styles, with a traditional reggae and dub version of each track, and even features reprised roles by Koffee, Lila Iké, and Popcaan!

In a release Protoje said:

 “In Search Of Zion is my last gift before I go on to new music, so this is a closing chapter. This music is so different, some of them are steppaz, some one drops, some are boom bap, one-two…a throwback to a roots reggae time.”
