Matt Irie Band’s new single Coastal is a catchy reggae-rock anthem

Matt Irie Band describes its sound as “island infused gritty blues” and we cannot agree more with that description. The band’s new single, Coastal, highlights the bands’ reggae-rock vibe and brings a fresh sound to the reggae scene. Turn this track up and you’ll feel the rocking guitars, reggae riddim, a cool drum pattern, and Matt’s cool vocals.

The band is made up singer Matt Irie, Will Barkley on drums, Joe Watkins on guitar, Michael Dorsett on bass, and Larry Holcomb on guitar. They have shared the stage with heavy hitters like Pepper, Ludacris, Fortunate Youth, The Green, Stick Figure, Passafire, The Movement, Ballyhoo!, and more.
