Switchstance Recordings and East African Records teamed up to bring Uganda's Nilotika Cultural Ensemble and the band’s 2021 album, Nyabingi Resurrection, to life. You’ll enjoy this 12 track album, which features incredible drum and horn-led rhythms.

According to Thomas Katongole-Strauch, founder, Switchstance Recordings, “They follow the ancient drumming tradition of the Nyabingi movement that his it´s roots in Uganda and the border area to Rwanda and which was the name given for the Nyabinghi mansion of Rastafari on Jamaica.”
