East coast’s finest meets Missouri's highest!
Maryland’s Bumpin Uglies teamed up with Josh Heinrichs of Springfield, MO for a set of shows that spanned from Texas up into the lower Midwestern states, with Texas-based outlaw-reggae band Lion Heights starting the show and providing musical support for Heinrichs.
I caught the show in Fort Worth, TX at Tulips, a chic little venue south of downtown that’s known for its hospitality and love of the music scene. Folks showed up in force for the artist’s first ever stop in Ft. Worth, packing the house and showing so much love to the bands. I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. This is my hometown, and we need more live music like this coming through!
The show was flawless, the sound was amazing and the crowd…went…wild. All of the performers that shared the stage that night have such a passion for what they do, it’s hard not to have fun and really feel the energy when they sing their hearts out.
The east coast leg of the tour starts mid-April so get out there and show these boys lots of love. You can also catch Bumpin Uglies at the Point Break Festival in Virginia Beach, and Josh Heinrichs at the Cosmic Kinection Festival in St. Louis … both happening this June!
