Congratulations to Buju Banton for “BORN FOR GREATNESS” being named the 2023 Daily Reggae Album of the Year!

The Jamaican superstar sings with such a soulful voice, and he is an amazing lyricist / storyteller. This album’s production is top notch across the board.

For example, I love the guitar and beautiful riddim in the album’s opening track, “AGELESS TIME”.

Banton reflects on life while asking for clarity and shining light on societal issues. The listener is left with a feeling of hope and is inspired to push for better days like those of years past.

Banton’s voice matters and I appreciate his honest reflection and passion heard throughout the album.
